  If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. What a despicable establishment. My family & I have eaten at this restaurant religiously for the past 20 years and the way we were treated tonight was absolutely disgusting. To begin, we were put at a table with other tables next to us practically sitting on our laps. The soda that they served us in the bottles had expired in February.. how disgusting! We asked if they could give us soda from the fountain at the bar, and they just went to the bar, poured the expired soda in our cups and brought it back to us. We knew this was the case because the soda tasted exactly the same as the expired soda. The restaurant was extremely hot making it a very uncomfortable environment to eat in - especially with the party next to us sitting on our laps. While we were waiting for our food, a server at another table brought an older couple RAW meat to show them the cut, not once but three times - that was beyond repulsive. We asked them to move our table because we were claustrophobic and when they moved us, they didn't even bring our water to the new table or offered us anything new to drink. Finally when complaining to the manager about the overall experiencing which RUINED my birthday, he became extremely arrogant, rude and nasty! Bryant & Cooper should be ASHAMED of themselves for the way we were treated, and they now have lost customers who have been eating at their establishment for over 20 years. My family and I have never walked out of restaurant before at this point in a meal but because we were treated so poorly, we really left with no choice. This restaurant needs a massive overall, and attitude adjustment. For the price, the food has always been consistently good, but the treatment tonight was so appalling that we can never go back ever again. Congratulations Bryant & Cooper.. you lost a very loyal group of customers! We will make sure to let all our family and friends know to never come here again!.

  The food actually wasn't worth the money. I think that I make better crab cakes in my kitchen. The drinks were really good though and honestly I'd go back just for drinks and the tartufo

  The best of the best, not much more to say. Order any steak on the menu rare, get the creamed spinach on the side. Service is excellent and attentive, drinks are expertly made, decor is classic and timeless. 10/10
